I'm trying to find a formula that will look at a range of dates, and find the oldest date that is less than six months old

For example if I had this set of data:

A1 12/10/2010
A2 1/18/2011
A3 2/22/2011
A4 4/5/2011
A5 5/11/2011

assuming I'm using today's date, 7/15/2011, it would return 1/18/2011 because while 12/10/2010 is older, it's more than six months old.
