Hi people.
I waste about 5 hours with this problem. I try functions as INDEX, MATCH, SMALL, etc. etc. etc. but unsuccessfully

I need sort a few last dates in column H from column B, but range are only cells with letter E in column E.

Please, please, please for your help! THANK YOU!!!!!!!

PCL, thanks for your quick reply!
I'm not sure, that Pivot table is right. But is possible that i wrong. :)

I have more sheets with more dates. And I want something as Client card, with last dates of communicate, phones, mails, etc. When I write name of firm in cell A1 , I want see all this dates from all sheets. I hope, that you understand me. :)

So, is Pivot table right solution? If yes, I like try it.

Pivot table is the easy way, but here is a formula.

Formula below is an array formula and must be entered with CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER.
Copy down column as needed. Change ranges to match your data if needed.

Code:
=IFERROR(INDEX($B$2:$B$13,SMALL(IF($C$2:$C$13=$G$6,ROW($B$2:$B$13)-ROW($B$2)+1),ROWS($B$2:B2))),"")

Pivot table can work but if you want to review the data through several sheets it will be more difficult and certainly is needed a macro.
Does data always in the same column for each sheet?
What do you want to show when there is duplicate?
