Last few columns don't print in chosen print range

Hello. I am trying to set up a print range on a worksheet, and have selected the range a1:ar62, scaled to print in landscape 4 pages wide by 1 page tall. The problem is when I go to look at it in print preview and when I actually print it, only columns a:aj appear (i.e.- it cuts off the last several columns). I tried extending out the print range one column at a time past AR, and finally only when I selected out through column AX, did it print the desired columns through AR.

Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks!
Evan

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
You don't have to have an actual number in that Print Setup option. If you leave one of the options blank it will fit it as necessary.

For example, if you're data is vertically long, try:
[1] pages wide by [ ] tall

If your data is horizontally long, try:
[ ] pages wide by [1] tall

Hope that helps?

Tom,
Thanks for your reply. I tried what you suggested, however, I still had the same problem. I've never seen this before, but for some unknown reason, Excel is acting as if I only selected a print range of a:aj, rather than a:ar. One additional bit of information is that I have 3 columns hidden within the print range (ao:aq). This shouldn't make a difference, but I do see that if I unhide these columns, then things seem to work correctly (w/ print range through AR, as chosen).

My preference is to keep these columns hidden. They are annual totals for three years of monthly numbers, and I have it set up w/ some VBA script to hide either the months or the years depending on if the user clicks the "annual" button or the "monthly" button.

Hmm... that's very strange. I don't think hidden columns should affect it either. :(

I hope someone else can help you, cuz I'm clueless now.
