Last Value in a Row Containing a Value

Hi, I'm looking for a formula that will automatically find the last value in a row of seven cells.

I have an =if formula in each of the seven cells and if there is nothing to add it up it contains ""

Each cell represents adding up of a float at the end of the shift, sometimes there is only 3 shifts a day and sometimes up to seven.

Hopefully this all makes sense, I'd appreciate any help.
