Last Working Day of the Month?

Hi All,

Does anyone know a formula for the last working day of the month (excluding bank hoildays etc).

Also same again, a formula for next Friday.

Using Analysis ToolPak functions to get last working day of the month where A1 contains your date

=WORKDAY(EOMONTH(A1,0)+1,-1,holidays)

where holidays is a named range containing all holiday dates

For the next Friday after A1

=A1+7-WEEKDAY(A1+1)

If A1 is a Friday formula returns that date
