I would like too document some instructions in MS word and then have a "Help" button in access that will launch the file. Is this possible or do I need to store my documentation in an access form?

Any suggestions are appreciated!!

Thanks.

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
Yes, it is possible. Look into the Shell command. I would recomend using a form in Access. You can not get as "clever" in how the documentation looks (bolding, coloring, etc. of individual words), without a lot more work, but it will be much easier, quicker (development and execution), and cleaner, IMHO.

I agree with Vic's comments about using forms in Access. For a small help file system that works just fine. If you want a full-blown help system (that looks and feels like other help files) then check out the links in this post.
