Hi,

I would like to know how to launch another application i.e. an .exe file from within the macro. Also i would like to pass an argument to this application.

for example i would like to pass the fullpath of the active excel sheet to the application.

Would be great if you guys could help.

Excel Facts

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
It depends on the application. If it supports automation, you can set a reference or use CreateObject to run it. If not, you can use Shell and pass the path to the application. If you use shell you can also pass additional command line arguments that way, but only if the called application supports them.
