Hi All,

I have a master data sheet with 26 columns of data.

It is used in two functions:

1. Input NEW data

2. CLOSE old data

Has anyone built a 'form' that facilitates this function?

The one thing I can't wrap my head around is that a new line of data has to be input on a new row.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
What do you mean when you say "form"

Do you mean a "UserForm" ??

By form, I mean an alternate layout of excel where a user does not have to tab over rows to input data.

Also, I don't want the user to see all rows, but input data on a tab and then submit, which would paste data on to a master tracker datasheet.

I've considered Axcess, but I much rather prefer the many features of excel (filter, pivot, countif, subtotals, vlookups, etc.)

I'm not sure Excel provides such a thing. A Userform could cover the entire sheet if you wanted.
Maybe someone else here at Mr. Excel has a plan.
