I'm losing leading zeros in my Zip code fields. I have another formula that is reliant on ZIP code being a 5 digit text value.

I have tried using the formula - =TEXT(A2,"0"), I have also tried using format cells function and customing to '00000'

Does anyone have any recommendations?

If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
How about
=TEXT(A2,"00000")
