Left function question

I am using the following formula<o></o>
<o></o>
=LEFT(F10,12)<o></o>
<o></o>
Which is correctly retrieving the first 12 characters from F10 however I would like to start my answer with a space... is this possible?<o></o>

=" " & LEFT(F10,12)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

Or
=CONCATENATE(" ",LEFT(F10,12))<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
