Hi everyone,
Happy Friday!
I'm trying to work out a couple of things regarding leveraged payouts, i.e. if I hit 120% of X production, I get paid out 140% of my X dollar payout.
Scenario: performance score of $1M. My bonus payout is targeted at $50,000 but the production of $1M represents a 50% weighting of that bonus payout ($25,000). Not sure if this is important or not for the calculation.
The formula I'm using to work out the payout at each breakpoints is "=AZ8*$AR$4*$AR$2" (="Payout % of Target (20%)"*Target($50,000)*Weighting(50%). This seems to get me to the number I need. However! At the end of my below grid is the phrase "Every 1% Above 200%". I'm trying to work out a formula that provides me with the $ value for each 1% above 200%. I'm totally blanking on this.

Deeply appreciate any assistance than can be provided! Have a great weekend!
