I have an excel worksheet that shows my blood pressures and heart rate. There is also a column chart on the same sheet. The problem is the more data i include in the table, the tighter the columns get. I want to limit the data in the chart to the last 14 days and allow for scrolling backwards. I would also like the chart to float down the sheet as the table gets longer. I have the chart, the axis are time and date on the horizontal plane and measurements on the vertical plane. And three columns make up a cluster, Systemic, Diastolic and Heart Rate.

Any thoughts? I have checked my Excel 2016 Bible and online to no avail. Am I looking in all the wrong places?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Base your chart data on dynamic named ranges
Have a look at this tutorial from ComputerGaga

Why not sort the data from newest to oldest? The latest will be at the top, the older ones will soon be "below the fold".
