limits on the cells value?

what im looking for is when a cell in column A reaches 5 numbers i need it to skip to the next row.

By 5 numbers, do you mean 10, 000 ?

yes any 5 numarical numbers, 11111, or 21333 or 48329

And how are the numbers populated ? (i.e. by formula or manual entry)

So, if the user enters 10001, do you want to accept the entry or reject it ?

But, that is what happens irrespective of the entry.

well yes, only if i click on enter..
and i want it to automaticly go to the next row when it reaches the 5 nubers.

As far as I am aware, to perform such an action, whilst still entering information is not possible.
