I'm wanting to create a line chart that shows the number of sales for each product by month. When I set up the chart, I keep getting this jumbled chart, below. I tried moving the Dates to the Rows and the Brands to the columns but it doesn't fill out right, either. Any recommendations on how to solve this?

Thank you,

Below is when I move one date to the rows.

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Do you want to check all the monthly data of each product or all the products within each month?

I'd like to look to look at month over month production trend for each product. I had trouble getting month to be on the horizontal axis, unless I manually type the data in for every product.
