Link an excel page to a chart on a separate sheet in excel

Hello jus enquiring i have an excel page that links to another excel page! I want to link to a chart on a sheet on the workbook in excel. I was jus wonderin how you would exactly code the link to a sheet in a workbook
\Data.xls!Sheet3!
i enter this is but it cannot read the path!is there a correct format for this
