Morning all

I have complex excel problem that I'm hoping I can work through.
First workbook, which is my one is a workplace planner that tracks who is going to be working where over different dates. The workbook has multiple sheets for different work locations. Each sheet records multiple rotation groups, workplace appointments, dates of rotations, people who are working each of the rotations in the various appointments. A key point here is both workbooks has the employers number which is unique to each person's, its the "primary key" if we use MS Access terms.

The second workbook is in another department and they want just raw data of every person in the organisation and if they are working on a day you put in the date column the position code. For example there are Manager positions, coordinator positions, administration positions.

I have uploaded my concept as an image so its easier to see what im trying to do, I hope its big enough to read. I've had to screen shot it because the image was too large.
