Hi All,

is it possible if we click on some value of sheet1 and it will take me to sheet2 and show me only data of that particular person.

Example: If i click on Anis on sheet1, it will take me to sheet2 and will show me the detail of Anis from sheet2.

Hope i m clear...

Thanks

Hi zzjasonzz

Here are the detail...

In Sheet1 - This is my over view sheet.
This sheet contain data like:

Application----Design Department
Word -------------- 1 *
Powerpoint --------3 *

* This value is the total number of people who have knowledge of word or Powerpoint and this value comes from sheet2 by using code
" COUNTIF('Design'!F$6:F$9,"<>NA")" )

Sheet2 contain:
Name --- Word --- Powerpoint
Anis ------- 4 ----------2
Peter ------ NA -------- 3
Sam ------ NA --------- 2

These values are the grade from 1-5 where
2 = Good
3 = Very good
4 = Excellent
NA = Not applicable

What i need is when i click on 1 of sheet1 it should take me to sheet2 and should show me the name of a person whos value are from 1-5 and should not display the row having value " NA "

considering above example if i click on 1 of sheet1 it will take me to sheet2 and show me the value of anis ony peter and sam row will be hided.

Hope i m clear....

Thanks

Anis
