Maybe via google you can find the connection string for MS Project Plan.
With ADO or similar, and using the appropriate connection string, one can have Excel query MS Project.
I'm guessing you're unfamiliar with this. But then I'm unfamiliar with MS Project Plan. Do you know what table or query in MS Project Plan has the information? Or do you know how to determine the required result from the tables/queries in MS Project Plan? If so, I can help with the specific SQL.
The basic idea, FYI, if using VBA would be a little like below. With the specific SQL and the connection string sorted out.
Code:
Dim objRS As Object
Set objRS = CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")
objRS.Open strSQL, strConnection
range("A2").copyfromrecordset objRs
Set objRS = Nothing
