link to dynamic file name

want to write link:
=[A7]Sheet1'!D2, where in cell A7 is 1_2_2006_10_19.xls it's a file name and i need to get data from 1_2_2006_10_19.xls file D2 cell. i can't write concrete link or file name ='[1_2_2006_10_19.xls]Sheet1'!D2, instead of [A7], because it will be changed next time. it will be, for example 4_5_2006.xls

Otherwise you are going to need an add-in from Laurent Longre ( Morefunc.dll ) which includes the INDIRECT.EXT function ... see here:
