Linking a postcode/region to specific people

I know the answer will be staring me in the face, but I have a complex data set that I have too many existing functions in place to sort.

Currently have numerous tabs but the ones in question I need to use are

Driver data which covers the prefix of each postcode in the UK

I.E

G1 - Driver 1
G2 - Driver 2
NW2 - Driver 210.

Ideally, I am working to build a mastersheet that contains all data, but will populate based upon what data I import in the postcode cell

I.e - Almost like an IF(IS) statement which would then look up and fill the driver, region and shift pattern pulled from the other tabs.

The issue is there would be far too many variables to create on IF statement that would cover it all.

What say people on here?

It would be easier to help if you could use the XL2BB add-in (icon in the menu) to attach a screenshot (not a picture) of your sheet. Alternately, you could upload a copy of your file to a free site such as www.box.com or www.dropbox.com. Once you do that, mark it for 'Sharing' and you will be given a link to the file that you can post here. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary).
