linking columns between sheets

Hi,

What I am hoping to do is link a full column in one sheet to another in the same workbook, I need to link the total column not just the current data as there may be more records added to the column.

There are dates in some or the rows in the columns not all, I have tried 'paste special' as a link but all the rows without a date which are blank are coming up in my new sheet as 00/01/1900. Is there a method to resolve this?

It is to do with the cell format in that column.

The link is displaying a zero & since the cell is set to date format that is why it is displayed in this way.

You could change the cell format for the entire column to this:

dd/mm/yyyy;"";""

Do this in the custom cell format. This will make sure all 0 values are shown as blanks.
