Hi everyone,

is there a way to connect 3 different Excel workbooks so if I change a set of data in one workbook, the changes are visible in other 2 workbooks and vice-versa?
And is it possible to do it in a way that I don't need to open all 3 workbooks at the same time?

Thank you.
Cheers!

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Let me explain it little bit more to be clear what I'm trying to do here. So basically I have 3 identically structured Workbooks, and one table inside of each one is the same table, same sheet and same cells.
Inside that table is a set of data which are input for another software which is triggered by a macro. Those inputs change over a time and I want to be sure that every time this change is made that this is done in all workbooks. Sometimes I use only one workbook (lets call it Workbook 1) for some period of time and can easily forget that this set of data is changed, so when I open workbook 2 I will have wrong (obsolete) inputs.

And sometimes I use Workbook 3 for some period time and when changes are made (in that specific table) I want to be sure that is also done in Workbook 1 and 2.
