I have a large data tape of real estate information which I'm trying to link to an excel spreadsheet created for individual assets.

The way the template is formatted it won't allow me to just anchor and pull down the cells. Is there a formula for rows where I can tell it to look at the next cell horizontally for each individual page I create? For instance assets one the UPB is =E3 and then on my second asset the UPB will be =E4. Right now I just have to go in an manually switch each cell to link properly. Template example below:

The way the template is formatted it won't allow me to just anchor and pull down the cells. Is there a formula for rows where I can tell it to look at the next cell horizontally for each individual page I create? For instance assets one the UPB is =E3 and then on my second asset the UPB will be =E4. Right now I just have to go in an manually switch each cell to link properly. Template example below:
