Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
I'm having a hard time figuring out what you're looking for. Is there a way to have the headers do what?

I am trying to develop a database but the format that I received in excel is not in correct database scheme.

So I have a headers that contains dates MTD04, YTD 04, QT 04

I am trying to put those headers in rows

So it would be like

Region BU Freq
LA tm MTD04
LA TM YTD 04
LA TM QT4

The Freq are in the headers columns and not in rows per cell

Can you post some sample data, perhaps using Colo's HTML Maker?

This a common request/problem but it's hard to help without seeing the actual data layout.

I just want to be able to drag the cells down and link it the headers.

But unforunately i have to manually link each cell to each header.

1) Use the transpose function
2) E3 = INDEX(F$2:IV$2,ROW()-ROW(E$1)-1), copied down
