Linking similar cells across two sheets

Afternoon all

I have been scanning various threads across the forum regarding the linking of cells but none quite match what I require:

Sheet1 Col AK Cell 26 = John Smith
Sheet2 Col F Cell 1 = Jon Smith MBE

I would a, trying to find a formula that will look at my criteria in Sheet2, find a similar result in Sheet1 and replace it. VLOOKUP almost works but I cannot put the data into the leftmost column and the data cannot be in alpha order.

In all the data, each cell has a unique value ie there is never 2x John Smith. Where practicable, I am trying to avoid VB as I want this to be a link rather than a straight through copy and replace.

Thanks in advance!
