Linking Tabs to Cells Error

I have a worksheet that has a link to a folder. I also have a cover sheet that has values 1-38. I would like to create a link to those numbers to a tab that the value is referencing. For example, #2 is referencing appointments. I have an appointments worksheet that has a link on the page that goes to a secured folder. When I tried to create a link for #2 to tab appointments, i.e. Right click on #2 > Hyperlink> Place in this document> under Cell Reference> Choose the name that matches the tab name> click ok.

When I click on #2 , it opens that hyperlink that was on the page to the folder instead of to the Worksheet. One other thing to add, next to that number is the name of the report. That name is hyperlinked to the link of the folder that I would like to open to get to where we are saving the reports. I don't know if this is causing the issue.

Is it possible to link to that worksheet with the hyperlink on it? If so, what am I doing wrong?

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
When I create a hyperlink to a destination within the workbook, I select the "Place in this document" button on the left within the hyperlink dialog. It then allows me to choose the sheet name and cell location.

Is that what you're doing?

Yes. For some reason, it is pulling a folder that the name of the report is also pulling.

For example, my table would look like this:

Tab Report
1 Appointments

Appointments has a link to a folder. When I try to hyperlink 1 to the tab using this process: Right click on #1 > Hyperlink> Place in this document> under Cell Reference> Choose the name that matches the tab name> click ok; not the folder nor the report name, it links to the report.
