Linking text to worksheet

Morning all, I have query which I'm sure is very straight forwad for anyone familiar with excel.

I want to link a piece of text in one worksheet to another. For example, I have a summary work sheet listing the the content of the other worksheets, i.e. one work sheet would be option 1, another option 2 etc. How do I create a link in the summary worksheet that when clicked will bring me to the associated worksheet.
