Hi there,

I have a spreadsheet that uses the same image repeatedly (for aesthetical purposes) but it is adding to the file size with each instance of the graphic.

Is it possible to have the file stored in an external location and link to that file so that it still appears as if they are embedded in the spreadsheet?

Many Thanks,
Scott.

Not that I could conceive of, no...

Can you play with the image's format or specifications to reduce its size? :)

Or have one copy of it in the Workbook and copy/paste/delete it as needed with Excel Event procedures...
