linking to hypelinked files

I am having difficults getting hyperlinked files from one sheet to another using a formula. What I have is a cell on lets say Sheet1 that has a random number appear in the cell. I can do all the vlookup function, to get it to look for that number in a range of data on another sheet, but when it when it brings it over, it does not bring the hyperlink attached to it.

I have tried about a million different ways to do this, and nothing is working. Can anyone help?
