Links in Dropbox not showing up right

I have a excel file where it links to another that is stored in the same folder.
When I open it up from my own hard drive the link looks like this ='[Fif21-22.xlsx]AG'!C1
However, if I upload it to Dropbox, when a colleague downloads the file onto their computer
the link that they see is the following ='C:\Users\jimly\OneDrive\Desktop\Season 21-22\[Fif21-22.xlsx]AG'!C1
The link is trying to find the path that's on my computer. Why is that?
My colleague has all the same files in a folder so why is it looking for the link on my computer and not theirs.
Is there a way to solve this problem.
