Ok, I know link management is a pain and there are many posts on the subject. My issue thus far is simple I hope.
I have a folder of Word files that have linked excel tables in them. The excel tables exist in a few Workbooks. I tested moving this folder (which also contains excel workbooks) and all the links in the Word files updated fine on the move.
This time I moved a set of files and the excel files only the links in the Word docs only update if I go in and manually update the link (right click within the table). Does anyone know why this might be?
