Links Problem

Hello,

I have been linking cells back and forth between two worksheets. At random, some of the formulas completely disappear and =#REF! ends up in the cell. The link is completely gone. This is happening over and over at random time periods, only to have to reset the link, save the files. I'll be working in the files, and randomly, it will happen again without warning, and it seems to happen when I'm in both files.

This is happening to entire ranges of links (budget & payroll budget files). Anyone know why this might be happening?

Thank you.

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
I see things like that happening when I CUT cells/columns/rows from a source sheet that another sheet is referencing. Try only clearing values.
