Links to external workbooks not updating

I have a Summary workbook which links to numerous external workbooks. If I update a Cell in the Summary workbook it is supposed to update a particular Cell in another workbook if both workbooks are open. This has worked satisfactorily for years but has suddenly stopped working.

Any ideas?
