I am trying to allow a end user to select multiple items in the list box, and have those selections populate one cell. Can this be done? Or should I use another tool? Any book recomendations will be apriciated.

Hi Mitchman,

Here is a VBA code snippet that places the multiple listbox selections into cell B4 separated by spaces.

Dim SelText As String
SelText = ""

With Listbox1
For i = 0 To .ListCount - 1
If .Selected(i) Then
SelText = SelText & .List(i) & " "
End If
Next i
End With

[B4] = SelText

If you would rather have them separated in the cell by commas just change the " " to ",". If you want them to be multiple line entries in the cell use vbLf instead of " ".
