Is it posible to colour a line in a list box based on a setting in a worksheet i.e. if a record is marked as 'complete' in a cell can I colour the entry in the list box green?
It is possible but requires a fair bit of API code. More trouble than it's worth IMO.
There's a demo for a combobox here on Andy's site which I think could be converted to work with a listbox.

I could but I've got all the code done now - it just would have been good to show records that were marked 'complete' - I'll definately look at this but I'm on a deadline so don't want to do anything that might stuff it up!
