Hi,

I posted this question a little while ago and still puzzle over it.

I have descending date data in column A,. In columns B ,C etc I have different name data. What I would like to do is to create a list, across the different columns B,C etc, from which I can select data from within those columns. In effect, I am trying to extend the list manager function across different columns. In this way I would like to have like a master list drop down menu, containing the data from the different columns, which I can use to display different data (simultaneously), not just a column at a time as the standard list manager does. Is this possible using the list manager function?

thanks, Nik

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
