I have two directories, we'll say they are both named ranges for simplicity... Directory1 and Directory 2. Each has files, and possibly sub-directories with more files and folders. I want to create an alphabetical list of the names of those files, without extension, for only those files that are of these extensions... (.avi, .mpg, .mov, and .iso).

A couple things...
-Output the names to Sheet1 in column A.

-I believe a find for the period in the file type is better than removing the .+3 characters, in case I one day want to use it for .mepg or some extension of more or less than three characters.

-Finally, Id really like to see code use an array for the extensions, so they can easily be inputed, and even tied to a form to add and remove them.

Thanks everyone,
MK
