Listbox - show filtered data only

I have a listbox which shows a list of 'Demand' records from a named range - I would like to filter these so that those marked as closed won't show in the listbox - I don't want to filter the sheet just pick up those that are not marked closed - not sure how to go about it!

Any ideas?
