Listed Drop Down Box

I know how to use VLOOKUP and I know how to create a listed drop down box in cells, but what I'm wanting to do seems like a merger of the two and I do not know how to do it.

If on Sheet1 you have the table:

What I'm wanting is to have on Sheet2 in Column C to have a listed drop down menu/box when you click on it that gives you choices based on the names in Column B. So for example, in Column C nex to Lucy the drop down box would have the choices "Chevrolet" and "GMC". For Bill the choices would be "Toyota", "Honda", and "Nissan". Can you do that in Excel? Thanks for any help you can lend.
