ListRow usage

I need to use VBA to add a row to a table, populate it with data, and eventually have it be in a sorted position. It seems like the ListRow object is meant to facilitate such a task, but two questions (sorry!)

(1) Populating the data - would you typically use the ListRow.Range property to do this?

(2) Finding the newly added and populated row after sorting - is there some sort of handle built into the ListRow that would make it simple to find or must I find it based on it's populated values?

Can you show some sample code?

Thanks!
Berryl

' add the new row
set rowAdded = lo.listrows.add

' populate data

' apply sort
