Live double bar chart autoupdate

Hello,
I am essentially building a dashboard that pulls data from the "Yellow picture". My "Time Spent versus time allocated" chart only pulls inputted values. I want my chart to grab data on the "Time spent versus time allocated" chart from K35:N60 but only using data once it is inputted so it will not have 20+ bars showing values of 0. So im wondering if there is a way to tell the chart when to select data.
