Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
The following will return a unique list of numbers that occur more than once, in ascending order. Assuming that A2:D4 contains the data, try...

F2, confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER:

=SUM(IF(A2:D4<>"",IF(COUNTIF(A2:D4,A2:D4)>1,1/COUNTIF(A2:D4,A2:D4))))

G2, confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER, and copied down:

=IF(ROWS(G$2:G2)<=$F$2,SMALL(IF(ISNA(MATCH($A$2:$D$4,$G$1:G1,0)),IF(COUNTIF($A$2:$D$4,$A$2:$D$4)>1,$A$2:$D$4)),1),"")
