location of cursor in a form text box

I want to insert some info (a date/time stamp) into the point where the cursor is in a text box on a form. The text is to be inserted on demad by the user clicking a button. How do I locate the cursor point and then "insert" the text at that point?

Something along these lines :

    Dim lCursor As Long
    Dim sLeftText As String, sRightText As String
    
    With TextBox1
        lCursor = .SelStart
        sLeftText = Left(.Text, lCursor)
        sRightText = Right(.Text, Len(.Text) - lCursor)
        .Text = sLeftText & Now & sRightText
    End With

End Sub
