I'd like a button to run a macro that returns the current time ( in mm:ss:000 ) using =Now() in cell A1 and another macro to return the current time ( also in mm:ss:000 ) using =Now() in cell A2.

I'll be pressing the second button shortly after the first button and will be wanting the difference in times to appear in cell A3

I need a code to stop A1 changing from its first result when the second button is pressed.

I know there are stopwatch functions out there but I've struggled getting them to work for what I want, so I'll try this path for now.

Any clues ??

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
