shy, we certainly are here to volunteer our time to help others, but you at least have to make an attempt to search Excel Help or Google for some of this information. Locking cells is basic spreadsheet protection.
But what if you want to do this to selected cells? I have a column of RAND() calculations that changes everytime I change a number in the spreadsheet, which changes my answer on my homework. Google and Microsoft are useless.
