Lock Tabs in Place, Allow Others to Scroll

Good morning folks...

I have another for you...

I have 5 data summary tabs, that I labeled with a preceding "0", so they always stay to the left and so they are not affected by a macro I have that sorts the tabs.
But, I would like two things.

1. To not have to label them with a preceding "0".
2. To have them stay in place while all of the others are sorted by the macro.

Thoughts?
