locked pivot table

Ok I am not sure how this happened but every time I save a pivot table the drop down boxes freeze and I can not select the box can anyone tell me how to change it so I can, its really annoying I have to change it then save each time.

ok I know why this is happening
I am using 2 screens and when the excel is on the secondary monitor it can not be changed but if I maximize it on the primary screen it works fine.
and they said it would be better with 2 screens lol
