Is there a way to lock color formats of cells so that they can not be changed?

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
it is a stupid way but you can use conditional formatting - for the most of common users it will be impossible to change the color. Put as a condition some ever valid formula like this =IF(ISNONTEXT(B6)=TRUE,ISNONTEXT(B6),TRUE)

is it helpful?
