Logiacal function question

Hi...I need to use logical formula in a file, I need to apply some amounts depending on certain percentages, for instance I need to start aplying amounts to initial percentagepercentage to -2.5%=> if it is -2.5%, I have to apply 1, if it is -2, I have to apply 1.5 on such as way that when I have 0, I apply 2.5, if I have 1% I apply 3.5...How can I do this in a logical formula in excell???

If you will have more that 2-3 of this statment probably a beter idea is to use VLOOKUP
