Logic Test Comparing Names in a List

I have a cost spreadsheet that pulls from a database. We have trouble with accounting not setting the employees rate or classification correctly. I am trying to make a logic test that would check a concatenation of the user name, classification, and rate against a master list set up for the project.

The concatenation reads "User ID - Classification - Rate." I have the master list on a separate tab of my raw data. My intent is that when I dump the raw data in, a logic test would look at the concatenated cell, compare it to the master list on a separate tab, and return "Good" or "Bad."

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
To define the formulas you would have to tell what columns everything will be in.

I would think that the Raw Data would come in different orders, so I would use a VLOOKUP formula starting with the USER ID.
Then if you have it all concatenated over to the right, grab that column and compare it to the same setup of the raw data that comes in.

Then use an IF formula in another column to give you the "Good" or "Bad" answer...

Again, to actually create the formulas you would have to declare where all of the info is located...
